Rabbi Bruce is back with a dynamic weekly Torah study session — this year on Wednesday lunchtimes. Drop in on occasion or make it a weekly date on your calendar. It’s always engaging, lively, and insightful. This year we extend a special welcome to members of Congregation Beth Emeth and Fauquier Jewish Congregation who may be joining us.
Join us for services on December 4th as we return to the Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington for a regular service on Shabbat Hanukkah. We'll be in the Activity Room on the lower floor, with the service led by Rabbi Gilah and Jim North. Let's celebrate the time of miracles, past and present! The Torah reading for Shabbat Hanukkah is always the Joseph story; this year our discussion will focus on ancient and modern queer readings of Joseph.
The service will also be available via Zoom. Please contact Amy at for the Zoom Link. The siddur is available electronically here. The Torah reading is available here. The handout for the Torah discussion is here. Please click on the blue title, Shabbat Hanukkah Service, above to get active links.
