This Friday evening at 7:30, we’ll welcome Shabbat during the happy harvest festival of Sukkot. The lovely voice and person of Maralyn Farber will join Mike Jawer as we augment our usual Shabbat prayers with some meditations relevant to the holiday: the changing of the seasons…the gratification of shelter and the appreciation of nature’s bounty…the mandate to invite in the stranger…and the ultimate precariousness of life. Your presence will make this service even more special.
