Join Michael Jawer and Susan Freiband for Kabbalat Shabbat on Friday, September 25 from 7:30-8:30 pm. This is the Shabbat between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur, known as Shabbat Shuvah. There’s an extra emphasis on turning (“shuv”) toward repentence and forgiveness, and we’ll feature some especially relevant poems and readings.
