Kol Ami — The Northern Virginia Reconstructionist Community

Megilla Reading and Discussion led by Nathan Bueno de Mesquita, Maya Koch, and Richard Ruth

March 12, 2017, 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm
Unitarian Universalist Church of Arlington
4444 Arlington Blvd.
Arlington, VA 22204

After Kol Ami’s Purim festivities, our Kol Ami high school will read aloud the megilla (the Hebrew word means “scroll”) – the Biblical book of Esther – in English, passing around a Tanakh (Bible) so everyone can have a chance to read – and then Nathan Bueno de Mesquita, Maya Koch, and Richard Ruth will lead a discussion.

All adult and teenage Kol Ami members, and almost-teenagers who would like to participate in the activity, are welcome to participate.

Curious about what our high school has been up to?  Come learn with us!

We’ll be in the Fellowship Hall.
