Selichot ushers in the beginning of High Holidays. Please join us Sept 28 at 6:30 for a potluck dinner, followed by an intimate exploration of this year’s High Holiday theme: “All the world is but a narrow bridge, and the main thing is not to give in to fear.” We’ll create a liturgical poem as a group, and maybe some individual poems as well, led by Sherri Waas Shunfenthal. You do not have to be a poet — just someone who enjoys contributing your thoughts to see what we can create together. Rabbi Gilah will lead us in songs and Selichot prayers as well.
