As a small congregation, long time members get to know one another very well, but for a new member this can sometimes feel daunting and getting to understand congregation resources can take time. Kol Ami has established a buddy system, pairing new members with established members. Buddies help orient new members to Kol Ami; sharing information, attending services and answering questions.
