A Kabbalah for Elul with Abigail McBride – On Zoom

Each Elul, we seek spiritual preparation for the High Holidays. This year we’re excited to welcome Abigail McBride to lead an Elul offering in the realm of Kabbalah and meditation. Her three classes will explore some of the mysteries of Jewish mysticism and meditation. We’ll learn the framework of the Kabbalistic Tree of Life, interesting history and background about various Jewish mystics, and three fascinating Jewish meditation techniques. In each class there will be a lecture, discussion, niggun (wordless melody), and meditation, with time at the end for questions and reflections. Abigail McBride, the daughter of renowned educator and meditation teacher Marthajoy Aft (and niece of our beloved Rabbi Bruce Aft), teaches Kabbalah, mysticism, music and dance in Las Vegas, NV.
