10 am: Morning Service – In Person & Livestreamed, with Rabbi Gilah, Jim North, Betsy von Holle, and Zach, Larry, and Nora Schrag

10 am: Family Service for kids 7 years old & under – In Person Only, with Ari Jacobson

11 am: Family Service for kids 8 – 12 years old – In Person Only, with Ari Jacobson

Our Rosh Hashanah service includes music by our Kol Amite musicians, with readings and aliyot by members of our community.  The service will be co-led by Rabbi Gilah with Dr. Zach Schrag, Larry Schrag, and Nora Schrag.  The Torah reading will be the Creation story in Genesis 1.  From there, we’ll move into a discussion of Restoration Ecology and its moral and theological implications, with Dr. Betsy von Holle and Rabbi Gilah.  This will be the initial presentation in our year-long Science Meets Judaism series.  Kids and families are welcomed back into the main service at noon for shofar-blowing.  Apples, challah, and honey will be served following the service.  Join us!
